OrderBunk ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at orderbunk.com.

  • UPI ID (if you choose to set up payment links)
  • Google account information (if you sign in with Google)

Business Data

When you use OrderBunk to manage your orders, we store:

  • Order details (product names, prices, payment and delivery status)
  • Customer information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses)
  • Quick reply templates you create
  • Subscription and plan information

Automatically Collected Information

  • Browser type and version
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Device information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To process and track your orders
  • To generate UPI payment links on your behalf
  • To communicate with you about your account or service updates
  • To improve our platform and user experience
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We implement access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access user data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth: For sign-in with Google. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected during authentication.
  • UPI Payment Links: We generate UPI deep links that redirect to your customer's UPI app. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment transactions. All payments are handled directly between you and your customer via their UPI apps.
  • Vercel: For hosting our frontend application.
  • Render: For hosting our backend API.
  • TiDB Cloud: For database hosting.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local storage for authentication purposes (storing your login token). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and order data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export: Request a downloadable copy of your data.
